The Carpenter will play a critical role in our construction projects, responsible for creating, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project requirements Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials to meet specifications Construct and install building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes Repair or replace damaged woodwork and fixtures Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Collaborate with other construction professionals and trade workers Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Provide guidance and support to less experienced carpenters on-site
