The Carpenter will play a critical role in our construction projects, responsible for creating, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project requirements
• Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials to meet specifications
• Construct and install building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes
• Repair or replace damaged woodwork and fixtures
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Collaborate with other construction professionals and trade workers
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced carpenters on-site
