Working with Pfizer’s dynamic engineering team, you will play a critical part in managing the maintenance and reliability engineering activities involving the redesign, maintenance, and repair of utilities systems, buildings, and production/non-production equipment.

You will help us identify required delivery and process improvements that drive increased efficiency, throughput and quality. Duties and Responsibilities
To organize, implement and perform all works related to calibration and instrumentation in the factory. Ensure all calibration activities are performed following the due date on calibration plan. Ensure all calibration works orders are closed as per calibration SOPs requirements and filed after circulated for concerned person signature. Report all out of calibration to his supervisor following calibration SOPs procedure and requirements. To ensure the calibration section is ready all the time for internal and external audits. To provide assistance and help whenever required for electrical works. To provide assistance to external service contractors for works related to calibration and instrumentation. Management of calibration and instrumentation spare parts inventory. Hand & execute all requirements for DI (Data Integrity ) in all machineries in utilities and production like (but not limited ) Audit Trails, system backups , data archiving . Plans execute & monitor all modification and system upgradation related to instrumentation system & software issues. Organize, implement Repair & Maintenance of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers ) located in Electrical Panels of Utilities & Production Machineries . Contribute on instrument’s/equipment’s qualifications & Validation as planned by site. Management of instrumentation spare parts inventory. Perform & Provide support during Maintenance of BMS and EMS and all instrumentation’s fields. To manage EHS jobs and projects related to instrumentation and calibration and also provide technical support during different EHS Audits. To support BT for different operational & maintenance activities. To support the assigned service provider company in the issues related to instrumentation and calibration section.
Environmental, Health & Safety
Responsible to ensure All EHS requirements prior and post execution of Engineering Jobs are achieved. Responsible to complete on time training and follow work instruction with required safety precautions

Qualifications
Must-Have
Minimum 5-8 years previous maintenance experience in same field. Understand instrumentation and calibration works in BMS, EMS, AHU & HVAC system pharmaceutical machineries. Diploma of Associate Electrical / Instrumentation Engineer or BSC in Electrical / Instrumentation with 5-8 years’ experience of industry electrical maintenance & Calibration .
Experience in calibration of machines and lab equipment’s. Instrumentation & electronics maintenance background . AutoCAD Knowlege
Nice-to-Have
Bachelor's Degree Pharmaceutical and/or Bio-Pharmaceutical experience and knowledge of {Current} Good Manufacturing Practices {part of GxP} operations
