Key Responsibilities:
As a CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) Operator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the CAFM system to support efficient facilities management operations. Your role will involve data input, system updates, generating reports, and ensuring accurate tracking of assets, maintenance tasks, and space allocations.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Operate and maintain the CAFM software for facilities management.
+ Input and update data, including asset details, maintenance schedules, and work orders.
+ Generate reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
+ Monitor and track service requests to ensure timely completion.
+ Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors for task updates in the system.
+ Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
Your Skills and Experience Proficiency in CAFM systems (e.g., Maximo, Facilio , or similar platforms).
Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
Basic knowledge of facilities management processes and operations.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills for coordinating with various stakeholders.
degree in Facilities Management, IT, or related fields is preferred.
Relevant experience of 1-3 years in CAFM operation or facilities management.
