Job Summary:
The Café Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the café, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality. They lead and support the team, manage inventory, and ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
Responsibilities:
The Branch Supervisor oversees the day-to-day activities of the branches, including:
• Customer service, sales, operations, compliance, security, and managing performance of employees.
• The Branch Supervisor manages the branch team by scheduling and monitoring employee time, motivating and coaching the sales and service skills team to retain existing and generate new business, overseeing the discipline process, and developing team members through training.
• The Branch Supervisor will also be an active participant in customer assistance transactions and new account functions, troubleshooting and positively resolving advanced customer issues and complaints, and be a strong resource of advanced knowledge for the branch team.
• Additionally, the Branch Supervisor will ensure department and branch goals are achieved.
• Customer Assistance
• Maintaining a cash drawer. Count and verify cash, adhering to limits, daily balance of cash drawer.
• Knowledgeable of all Brand products and services and ability to discuss details with customers and answer questions.
• Ability to demonstrate compliance with all franchise policies, procedures, and regulations for the branches and assigned job functions to minimize risk.
• Completes all required and job-specific training.
• Ability to exercise judgment, raise questions to management, and adhere to policy guidelines.
• Approach co-workers positively and provide support.
• Assist in the opening/closing duties and other operational requirements of a branch
• Regular reporting to Line Managers and/or Director on work status
• Responsibility to complete any work or task of the establishment within the deadlines assigned by your line managers.
