The Business Transformation Manager at Cigna Health Care KSA will spearhead the member on-boarding transformation including ILM/CHI/Najm/Wathq integration & phase 2 nTouch implementation , including the ownership and management of billing process/ZATCA integration within the KSA market.


This role will act as product owner for the scrum team ensuring the project outcome for member onboarding phase 1 & 2 by helping to define the key features  and goals, serving as the liaison between business stakeholders, IT and end users



This role will act as product owner for the policy/member onboarding as well as driving initiatives to improve operational efficiency and working with 3p (Yakeen, Wathq, providers etc.) to ensure best in class service delivery in alignment with Cigna's global standards and local regulatory requirements.


Responsibilities :


  • Lead Wathq, Najm & Yakeen integration for phase 2 to provide a seamless process for policy & member upload & working with 3ps for continuous improvement. 
  • Lead the Billing process transformation initiatives, focusing on ZATCA integration including evaluation of 3P solutions for phase 1
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate 3p solutions across various business units.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making by implementing advanced analytics tools and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in all digital operations.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and digital service providers.
     

Qualification :


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Extensive experience in digital transformation, operations management, or a similar role within the healthcare or insurance industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry.
