– Manage the relationship for
business stakeholders across SCA, acting as the point of contact between
Business Technology departments and the business.
– Identify, analyze and capture
business requirements from business, as well as external stakeholders (e.g.,
Contractors) as appropriate.
– Collaborate with the business to
obtain their buy-in on business requirements, with the purpose of deployment of
new business technology services or the enhancements of existing services.
– Track and manage Service Level
Agreements and service performance, escalating any areas of under performance
for resolution.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent, with a minimum of 10 years of related experience

Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline is preferred

Prior experience of (6+ years) in a managerial or supervisory role
