Business Intelligence Analyst

Master-Works is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our talented team. In this role, you will transform data into actionable insights, helping drive decision-making processes across the organization. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their data needs and create impactful reports that support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements and understand business objectives.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reports using BI tools.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to prepare data for analysis.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of BI tools and reports.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence Analyst role or similar position.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience in ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
