Business Growth and Investment Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Growth and Investment Manager to drive growth initiatives and support businesses in navigating local and international markets. The successful candidate will have expertise in entrepreneurship, business matching, investment assessments, and experience in the Saudi Parallel Market (Nomu) and IPO processes. This role involves identifying and fostering opportunities for business expansion, assessing investment potentials, and supporting businesses in their journey towards IPOs and international market entry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Growth & Development:

   
   
   • Develop and implement growth strategies to help businesses expand in both local and international markets.
   • Conduct business matching and identify partnerships and opportunities for collaboration, mergers, or acquisitions.
   • Provide consultation on business scalability, financial structuring, and market expansion.

2. Investment Assessment & Support:

   
   
   • Conduct thorough investment assessments to evaluate the potential of business ventures.
   • Analyze market trends, financial data, and competitive landscapes to identify investment opportunities.
   • Provide expert guidance on capital raising, including IPO readiness and entry into the Saudi Parallel Market (Nomu).

3. IPO and Nomu Market Support:

   
   
   • Guide and support businesses in preparing for and entering the IPO process.
   • Provide insights on compliance and regulatory requirements specific to the Saudi Parallel Market (Nomu).
   • Assist companies in developing strategies to successfully navigate listing requirements and post-IPO growth.

4. Entrepreneurship & Market Entry:

   
   
   • Collaborate with entrepreneurs to assess new business ideas, innovations, and opportunities in international markets.
   • Facilitate the process for businesses entering new markets, ensuring alignment with local regulations and international trade standards.
   • Offer business matching services to connect startups and growing companies with investors, venture capitalists, and strategic partners.

5. Stakeholder Engagement:

   
   
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international investors, venture capital firms, and financial institutions.
   • Engage with government bodies, industry associations, and trade organizations to stay updated on relevant regulations and market opportunities.

6. Market Research & Strategic Planning:

   
   
   • Lead market research efforts to provide businesses with insights on growth opportunities in various sectors and geographies.
   • Collaborate with executive teams to create long-term strategic growth plans and execute initiatives that align with market trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 7-12 years of experience in entrepreneurship, business growth, business matching, and investment assessment.
• In-depth knowledge of international markets, trade regulations, and investment strategies.
• Proven experience in the Saudi Parallel Market (Nomu) and IPO processes.
• Strong understanding of local and international financial regulations and market trends.
