Business Excellence Executive – Saudi Arabia / Jeddah

Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!
As the Business Excellence Executive, you will:
•Lead initiatives to digitalize and automate business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
•Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and improve overall performance.
•Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and processes.
•Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve business excellence.
•Drives and supports analysis of strengths and weak points of current business, identifies improvement areas and supports coordinated target setting across functions.
•Facilitates best practice sharing in the responsible organizational unit and beyond.
•Provides transparency on status and progress and contributes to reporting and communication.
Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid!
•A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or a related field.
•Proven experience in business process management, digital transformation, and automation.
•Strong knowledge of CRM systems, ERP systems, and other business management software.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Strong communication and leadership skills.
•Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
