e are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi national with 3-5 years of experience in the real estate sector, particularly in coworking spaces.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the coworking space sector.• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote office spaces effectively.• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of market prices and competitor information.• Conduct market studies and provide insightful reports to support decision-making.• Develop business relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the real estate industry.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.• 3-5 years of experience in the real estate sector, with a focus on coworking spaces.• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
