A leading real estate company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of the company by identifying new business opportunities within the real estate sector. • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the real estate sector, focusing on residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to uncover emerging trends, potential customers, and new business opportunities
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase company growth and revenue
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients, investors, developers, property owners, and other key stakeholders in the industry
• Generate and qualify leads for new projects and real estate opportunities aligned with company goals
• Lead negotiations for deals, including crafting customized proposals and ensuring all agreements are mutually beneficial and in the company's best interest
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery, overseeing the entire project development process from conceptualization to completion
• Develop strategic partnerships with financial institutions, government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other external organizations to facilitate project approvals and financing
• Drive the sales process for real estate assets, ensuring that revenue targets are met and exceeded
• Prepare and present regular reports on market conditions, potential opportunities, and performance metrics to senior management
