We are looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth directly and through channel. The role will work closely with the Print organization and sales team to develop and drive strategies for growth.


Responsibilities


  • Developing Growth Strategies: Create and execute strategic plans to expand the company's customer base, market presence, and revenue streams.


  • Identifying Opportunities: Research and identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, clients, and markets. Evaluate their potential and suitability for the company's objectives.


  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable products/services to meet those needs.


  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales activities, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Develop pricing strategies to maximize profits.


  • Market Analysis and Research: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs. Provide insights and recommendations to guide decision-making.


  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and finance, to develop comprehensive strategies and ensure alignment.


  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other key metrics. Use data analysis to improve strategies and outcomes.


Requirements:


  • Graduate degree in Business, Marketing or any sort of Engineering.


  • Flexibility to travel for meetings, conferences, and client engagements.


  • Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets.


  • Knowledge of Saudi Vision 2030 and its implications for business.


  • Experience in building relationships with local stakeholders, including government entities, business partners and community leaders, to foster collaboration and support for HP initiatives.


  • Highly creative, analytical and results oriented.


  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a super fast-paced and dynamic environment.


  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
