Main responsibilities:
Develop & implement a business development plan, aligned with the sales strategy. Establish & pursue the “Target List”, by identifying & targeting potential clients. Build relationships with key stakeholders, clients, facility managers, contractors and consultants. Generate continuous sales leads to the sales team. Conduct ongoing market research & competitive benchmarking analysis. Handle and process vendor registration through official portals & ensure all necessary documentation is submitted. Deliver presentations to prospective clients & effectively communicate the company’s values & products features. Collaborate with the sales & marketing teams, to organize key events & workshops. Attend networking events, conferences, exhibitions and industry gatherings, to stay in touch with market dynamics. Track & process business development activities in SalesForce, ensuring that leads, opportunities & data are up to date.
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering (or a related field). 5-7 years of experience in business development (fire prevention industry field knowledge will be a strong asset). Understanding of industry regulation and standards. Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation and presentation skills. Confident and dynamic, team player.
