Business development Manager (leading the business developments and consultancy activities) – Riyadh - KSA

Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!
Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings business unit is currently searching for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the business developments and consultancy activities in Saudi Arabia, you will ensure a healthy sales pipeline, build relationships and managing market positioning via influencers (e.g., design institurs, architects, consultants, developers) with ensuring Siemens buildings offerings are widely established.
•Maximize market exploitation for Siemens Buildings portfolios
•Work closely with the customer and support team members to align offerings, further develop use cases with the goal of establishing Siemens as a trusted partner in technology & innovation.
•Work closely in providing technical expertise on customer application requirements and specifying Siemens’ technology solution offerings
•Develop a healthy sales pipeline by identifying, filtering, negotiating, and launching new relationships in the target geography and vertical markets.
•Educate customers on technical features and business benefits of a Siemens proposed solution.
•Specify the implementation of Siemens Buildings products and solutions.
•Increase market awareness on both company and products (e.g. through technical product presentations / seminars for customers, promotions, advertising).
•Secure the sales KPI’s assigned to different sales channels across the kingdom
•Developing leads for Digitalization and Digital Transformation which include deployment of platforms over clouds / SaaS opportunities with different customers.
•Facilitate all kinds of support for contractors, end users across the kingdom including the support in evaluating and defining the right partners and solutions from Siemens.
•Drive and secure the required product approvals and prequalification processes, fulfilling all the steps with the required documentation 
•Manage to act as key account / lead to major customers under mega size opportunities which will drive potential growth to the organization considering the required coordination with the Sales team and other stakeholders.
•Identify, reach, and engage key decision makers and influencers across the kingdom of Saudi Arabia through existing relationships, networking, client references, and industry events.
•Build and develop relationship with Consultants, Developers, and End Users.
•Develop the projects pipeline for Siemens own business and the channel partners and ensure the best and the optimized solutions and selections.
•Supports the respective sales organization of the unit in approaching and serving potential customers.
•Identifies market and customer opportunities, gain market share with assigned portfolios
•Plans and completes consulting assignments to industry partners on technical and commercial level.
•Establish relationships with key end-users in private, government, and semi-government sectors, along with major engineering design and consulting firms, to identify and influence projects from early stages
Your Qualifications And Skills! 
•Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a relevant subject such as Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and/or relevant Technology degrees.
•A minimum of 7-10 years of combined experience in sales, and business development 
•A minimum of 5 years experience in consultancy activities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 
•Strong know-how in total Building Solution includes BMS, Security, Digital and Fire safety solution
•Strong Saudi market knowledge of Contractors, Consultants and End-Users 
•Understanding of promoting premium solution with value-selling against price driven market / competitors.
•Outstanding people skills, strong sales personality, with excellent communication skills, and a phenomenal teammate.
•Vertical exposure in Healthcare, Commercial Real Estate, Oil & gas , Higher Education , Data center and Hospitality will be added advantage 
•Experience in Smart building technologies will be added advantage
•Proficient in written and spoken both English and Arabic language
