Position Overview:


We are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager Sales with extensive experience in IT staff augmentation to build and lead our function in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing P&L, strong stakeholder management, and an existing client base in the region. You will be responsible for driving business growth, developing client relationships, and overseeing comprehensive staffing solutions including contingency staffing and permanent recruitment,


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build and Lead Function: Develop and execute strategies to establish and grow the IT staff augmentation function. Drive business development efforts and enhance the company's presence in the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Client Relationship Management: Leverage existing client base and establish new relationships. Understand client needs, provide tailored staffing solutions, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • P&L Management: Oversee the P&L for the IT staff augmentation function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Implement strategies to meet financial targets and optimize profitability.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure effective communication and collaboration to meet client needs and company objectives.
  • Staffing Solutions Expertise: Expertly manage contingency staffing, permanent recruitment, RPO solutions, and volume hiring processes. Develop and implement strategies for efficient talent acquisition.
  • Talent Acquisition & Relocation: Lead efforts to attract top talent across borders. Oversee the logistics of talent relocation, including work permits and payroll solutions.

Qualifications:


  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT staff augmentation or a related field, with a significant portion in a senior sales or managerial role. Proven success in building and managing a function from the ground up.
  • Client Base: Established client relationships and a strong network within Saudi Arabia.
  • Skills: Expertise in contingency staffing, permanent recruitment, RPO solutions, and volume hiring. Strong P&L management and stakeholder engagement skills.
