Pearson is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand our presence in the corporate training and upskilling sector in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region. This role focuses on selling Pearson’s English learning programs, assessments, and workforce development solutions while building strong relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and industry bodies.

✔️ 7–10 years of B2B sales experience in training, education, or workforce development.
✔️ Strong corporate and government sector relationships in Saudi Arabia.
✔️ Proven track record in institutional sales and consultative selling.
✔️ Experience with SaaS solutions or digital learning platforms.
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✔️ Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive approach, and ability to work independently.
✔️ Strong understanding of corporate decision-making and procurement processes.
🎓 Bachelor’s degree (required); MBA preferred.
💻 Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
📊 Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) is a plus.
