In this position you will play a crucial role to support our vision of becoming a Great place to work for all. General Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and manage business opportunities/leads in securing sales pipeline in line with short- and long-term financial goals.
Manage research/feasibility studies/market scan, evaluate findings, and prepares information for decision-making.
Develop and leverage constructive relationships within target accounts to gain access to key decision-makers.
Manage the contract negotiation process. Prepare contracts, providing inputs on proper pricing and contract terms.
Developing the proposal with solution design graphics to enhance the proposed solution with the operating model, resource models, operating cost estimates, recommended selling price, the estimated value for the client.
Review the portfolio sales performance and prepares for sales meetings, weekly debriefs, and sales reviews.
Mentor and guide a high-performing business development team to meet objectives.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in/focus on Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or relevant education.
Experience in international business and minimum 5 years of experience in warehousing, transportation, and broader supply chain topics.
Local Logistics Market & Competitor Knowledge.
Solution design capabilities are essential for this role.
A proven track record in new business development and account management position
Deep understanding of business principles and language, including knowledge of finance and profitability.
