🔹 Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients, including organizations and educational institutions.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
Build and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term success.
Deliver compelling product presentations to showcase the value of Krooz.ai's solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to customize assessment solutions.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and insights for strategic decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
🔹 Nationality: Saudi nationals only.
🔹 Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
🔹 Experience: Minimum 3 years in business development or sales, preferably in SaaS, HR tech, or online assessments.
🔹 Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
🔹 Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
🔹 Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic
