Charterhouse is working with an international company that specializes in designing and manufacturing exclusive bathroom, kitchen fittings and furnishings. They are looking to hire a talented Business Development Manager to join their team in Saudi Arabia, with at least 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the furniture or design sector.
About the Role
In this position, the primary responsibility is to achieve sales targets within the contract division, focusing on luxury real estate. This involves building long-term relationships with key designers and developers while presenting our collections to architects and other stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and secure partnerships.
Supporting architects and designers in defining project specifications is crucial, as is developing a strategic account plan to effectively engage key stakeholders. Regular performance updates provide insights for periodic reviews with the zone director, allowing for adaptive strategies.
Market intelligence is essential for understanding competitors and pricing, which informs better decision-making. Collaboration with the HQ back-office team ensures that clients receive exceptional service, while utilizing company tools like CRM helps optimize operations and contribute to regional sales targets.
About You
To be considered for this role, candidates must already be residing in Riyadh and possess strong knowledge of the market as well as demonstrate a solid understanding of the project channel. Additionally, having a good network within the project channel, particularly in architecture and design, is essential for success in this position.
