In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing Business Continuity activities, in order to ensure and deliver on the section’s mandate and identify improvement opportunities that will contribute to the delivery of short and mid-term strategic objectives within set KPIs, agreed budgets and adopted policies and procedures.
You will be responsible
Design, implement, and maintain business continuity plans and procedures to ensure STA can respond effectively to disruptions.
Conduct regular risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify potential threats and develop mitigation strategies.
Manage and coordinate recovery efforts during and after disruptions, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
Develop and deliver training and awareness programs to educate staff on business continuity plans, roles, and responsibilities.
Conduct regular testing, drills, and simulations of business continuity plans to ensure readiness and identify areas for improvement.
Continuously monitor and review business continuity plans and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
Perform other activities as and when required.
You will need:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management is preferred
At least 6 years of experience in relevant field
