Responsibilities


The Business Analyst, specializing in Business Analysis, plays a vital role in overseeing business analysts within scrum teams and guaranteeing that the products are in line with the business' needs and objectives.


The Product Analyst is accountable for conducting comprehensive analysis, managing business requirements related to the product, and contributing to the overall success of the product.


  • Business Analysis: Conduct comprehensive business analysis to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement and define product requirements.
  • Manage Business Analysts: Lead and manage business analysts within scrum teams, ensuring alignment with product goals and delivering value to the business.
  • Requirements Management: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for product development.
  • Scrum Teams Collaboration: Work closely with scrum teams to communicate business requirements, prioritize backlogs, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and business leaders, to align product features with business objectives.
  • Process Mapping: Utilize Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to map out and optimize product-related processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for product and process improvement and work with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data and metrics to assess product performance and make informed recommendations for improvement.
