Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and focus on Business Internet Banking (BIB) applications for corporate clients. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into clear functional specifications for the BIB system. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure the successful design, delivery, and implementation of BIB projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate banking, particularly in digital banking solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand needs and expectations for Business Internet Banking (BIB).
  • Analyze complex business problems within corporate banking and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements to clearly articulate business needs and technical specifications.
Functional Specification Development:
  • Develop clear and concise functional specifications that include use cases, user stories, and process flows for the BIB/BMB (Business Internet Banking/Business Mobile Banking) systems.
  • Ensure the specifications align with business requirements, technical feasibility, and compliance standards.
System Design & Configuration:
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and configure BIB/BMB systems.
  • Ensure that the systems meet business needs, comply with security standards, and adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the configuration and integration of BIB systems with other banking solutions.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
  • Develop test cases and test scripts to validate the functionality of the Business Internet Banking system.
  • Actively participate in testing activities, ensuring that defects are identified and addressed before production.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
  • Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions with business users to validate system functionality and gather feedback.
  • Address any issues or feedback raised by users during UAT sessions and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Provide ongoing support to business users, including troubleshooting and training to ensure optimal use of the BIB system.
Project Management Support:
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure that project timelines, budgets, and scope are adhered to.
  • Support in prioritizing business needs and managing project deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify areas of improvement in existing business processes and make recommendations for enhancements to Business Internet Banking (BIB) features and functionalities.
  • Ensure that feedback from users and business stakeholders is incorporated into future iterations of the system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    • 7 to 10 years of experience in the corporate banking industry, with a strong focus on digital banking solutions (Business Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, etc.).
    • Deep understanding of corporate banking products and services.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and identify optimal solutions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams and business stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools such as Agile, Waterfall, and UML for requirements gathering and documentation.
    • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
    • Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools such as Visio or Bizagi.
    • Familiarity with requirements gathering and elicitation techniques (e.g., interviews, workshops, surveys).
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Experience in Business Internet Banking (BIB) and Business Mobile Banking (BMB) systems and platforms.
    • Knowledge of security and compliance standards specific to the banking industry (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR, AML).
    • Familiarity with integration of core banking systems and digital banking solutions.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
    • Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
