We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with over 10 years of expertise to lead banking projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of banking operations, digital transformation, and the ability to work closely with both technical and business teams to deliver innovative solutions.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Understand and comprehend the BRD and the requirements and devise the technical solution and requirements by elaborating details by creating a solution requirement document
  • Methodologically use technical system knowledge to design technical flow diagram against each requirement as clarified by stakeholders
  • Ensure the designed solution is aligned with the current bank architecture and propose an alternative solution to achieve business requirements and minimize the gap when necessary
  • Lead the technical walkthrough sessions to align technical and development teams according to the business requirements and the proposed solutions
  • Identify all impacted channels and systems before designing the solution against each BRD/requirements
  • Perform impact and risk analysis and provide mitigation for risk when needed

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA is highly desirable.
10+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services sector.In-depth knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or other similar platforms.
Proficient in using project management and documentation tools like JIRA, MS Project, and Microsoft Visio.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
