Our client: A rapidly expanding regional investment firm is looking to hire a Business Analyst.
Your role: With expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and strategic advisory to support high-impact projects across sectors. This role involves close collaboration with senior leadership to drive investment, expansion, and growth initiatives. Key responsibilities includes:
• Financial Modelling & Valuation: Develop investment memoranda and valuation models for sectors like Food & Beverage, Tech, and Healthcare. Use varied valuation methodologies (DCF, Market, Cost) across industries like Fintech and Green Energy.
• Strategic Advisory: Collaborate with executives on feasibility reports and advise on geographic expansion and growth strategies for major banks and portfolio companies.
• Client & Project Management: Manage client relationships, lead valuation engagements, and oversee junior analysts’ work.
Must have: A highly skilled analyst with a strong track record in creating feasibility reports and financial models across industries. Must excel in managing client engagements, collaborating with senior executives, and presenting complex financial concepts effectively. The candidate must have a minimum 3-5 years of experience in business valuation, transaction advisory, or financial modelling, with exposure to sectors such as IT, Food & Beverage, Automotive, Aerospace, Manufacturing, and Healthcare. CA/CPA qualification or a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering.
