Maintain close relations with fleet owners.
Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of Vans & Buses.
Providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models
Assisting customers with completing relevant documents for executing a sale opportunity or solving a complaint.
Collaborating with team members to achieve targets.
Explains fully product performance, application, and benefits to customers.
Describes all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
Offers test drives in line with National Sales Manager.
Understanding customer’s requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models.
Explaining warranties and services.
Be ready for trainings and developments courses & programs (domestic and outside KSA)
Enhancing company reputation through good conduct and collaboration.
Task/s:
Daily visits and follow – up with Customers.
Find new potentials/ Customers.
Prepare offers.
Reporting Sales activities and Market situation to the National Sales Manager
Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
Maintaining customers database and communicating with them.
In line with Reg Sales Manager, close sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing.
Collecting information on competitor’s activities and market prices.
