Job Title: Building Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall maintenance, operations, and safety of buildings.
  
• Manage building infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
  
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
  
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance staff for repairs and upgrades.
  
• Monitor building expenses and prepare budget forecasts.
  
• Address tenant or occupant concerns and ensure a safe working environment.
  
• Supervise security, housekeeping, and facility management teams.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  
• Certification in Facilities Management (e.g., IFMA, BOMA) is an added advantage.
  

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and compliance regulations.
  
• Experience in facility management, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
