We are hiring Supervisors for a future opportunity for one of our projects in Saudi Arabia.
Job Description
Oversee the complete inspection process to ensure alignment with project standards, objectives, and regulatory requirements. Manage and lead inspection teams, including task delegation, performance assessment, and providing mentorship and support. Develop and coordinate inspection schedules to ensure efficient and timely execution of all activities. Review and ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of inspection reports, initiating validation inspections when necessary. Address and resolve public complaints related to inspection activities, taking appropriate corrective actions as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of industry experience, preferably in inspection or quality assurance roles. Mandatory certification as a Field Inspector from the Saudi Authority for Engineers. Proficiency in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, enabling effective team management and stakeholder engagement. Resilience and the ability to work under pressure while navigating challenging situations with professionalism. Candidates should be based in Al Jawf, Northern Borders, Hail and Al Qassim or any near cities Valid Driving License is required.
