Job ObjectiveContribute to achieving the objectives of the company
by analyzing market data and executing the assigned responsibilities and
sharing the updates with the line manager continuously.
Key Responsibilities
TM Activities (MT, Foodservice)
Plan, develop, and implement trade promotion programs
and sampling activations to achieve sales volume targets.
Keep track of annual trade marketing budget with
monthly breakdown of expenditures; analyze variances and initiate corrective
actions.
Assess profitability and monitor performance of trade
marketing activities planned and report results on monthly basis.
Manage promo stock distribution and ensure its
availability.
Control shelf prices and sales achievement throughout
the promo and assess its performance pre, during and post promo parameters.
This role may include additional responsibilities,
both directly and indirectly related to the primary responsibilities, as
determined by the organization's changing needs and objectives.
Analyze and monitor competitor and consumer
activitiesto identify opportunities for
growth, by running regular store check in selected outlets on monthly
basis;reports to be supported and
documented with pictures.
Cooperate with Sales team and work along with them to
gain insights that will help in formulating necessary trade activities and
promotions.
NPD
Promote the sales of new products and SKU’s that are
created based on market and consumer needs, while recommending the optimal
marketing activities that can be deployed to achieve the assigned targets.
Track and monitor new market entry in specific NPD
area related mainly to the value-added segment i.e. Shawarma players in both
Food service and retail, FPP, marinated...etc
Digital Activations & E-Commerce Platforms
Fully maximize Qualiko’s online visibility by sourcing
beneficial and lucrative e-commerce platforms partnerships from both a B2B and
B2C outlook, while ensuring proper branding and labeling adhered across.
Support with the execution of influencer’s activations
campaigns in KSA in terms of SKU’s allocation, booking products, sourcing and
delivery of assigned SKU’s that needs be promoted.
Exhibitions
Managing corporate collateral and brand assets
required for KSA exhibitions (i.e. Saudi Food Show + In-Flavour)
Assist in tendering process whenever required that
would fall under compliance procedures.
Work with local suppliers to manage key trade shows’
POSM and catering requirements.
Handling the necessary logistics required for
photoshoot and videography during show’s date.
