The Pharmacy Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at maximizing the growth of our products within pharmacy channels through supporting “Off to a good start” initiatives for the patients. This position requires strong expertise in relationship management with pharmacy chains and the ability to integrate marketing strategies that supports the B2B function, drive sales, removes patients friction and enhance brand awareness.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's Degree (Business, Pharmacy or similar related fields)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a focus on the pharmacy channel.
Additional Skills/Preferences
Strong understanding of KSA pharmacy market dynamics and customer behaviour.
Marketing experience at FMCG is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Experience with digital marketing strategies within the healthcare sector is preferred.

Key Responsibilities



Market Analysis:



Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the pharmacy sector.
Analyze customer needs and preferences to inform marketing strategies.

Marketing Strategy Development:



Develop and execute strategies to communicate the value proposition effectively to commercial stakeholders
Create comprehensive marketing strategies and target specific pharmacy segments to remove patient friction through the patient journey.
Develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored for pharmacy channel.

Relationship Management:



Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within pharmacy chains.

B2B Support:



Collaborate with the B2B team to provide necessary tools and materials to support their efforts in pharmacy channels.
Analyze sales data to assess effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

Performance Metrics:



Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and pharmacy agreements.
Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and present findings to management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:



Work closely with product development, regulatory, and compliance teams to ensure that all marketing communications adhere to industry regulations and standards.
Collaborate with the pricing team to create competitive pricing strategies based on market analysis.

The role will be based out of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Will require domestic travel, and may require international travel
May require evening/weekend work
Must be legally allowed to work in KSA
