We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise all branch activities, including sales, customer service, and operations.
2. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and expand the customer base.
3. Monitor and analyze branch performance and provide regular reports to the management.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
5. Train and develop branch staff to enhance their skills and productivity.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
3. Strong leadership and management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
