<span 72="">Overview of the role:


<span 72="">The primary responsibility of a Branch Accountant is to offer support specifically tailored to the multi brand 3S Facility, encompassing the showroom, service, and spare parts departments. The Branch Accountant will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial activities and transactions related to these three activities are accurately recorded, monitored, and reported. The role will be reporting to Finance Business Partner (FBP).


<span 72="">What you will do:    


  • <span 72="">Collection & Receipts of cash /credit cards/cheques validate excess/short collection
  • <span 72="">Posting the Bank Transfers against the Bank Finance deals payment ( AR )
  • <span 72="">Recognition of Revenue as per IFRS15 standards.
  • <span 72="">Processing refunds within the sub-delegated authority/documentation and facilitate refund process for beyond authority levels
  • <span 72="">Ensuring & submission of Bank deal packs for all finance deals.
  • <span 72="">Timely follow up with the Banks for the payments with the Bank Relationship managers .
  • <span 72="">Reviewing petty cash management & documentation.
  • <span 72="">Ensure timely recording & submission of petty cash documents/summary for reimbursement.
  • <span 72="">Maintain Daily Petty Cash statements for Internal & External Audit reference.
  • <span 72="">Support Finance Controller / Finance Business Partners for submission of  AR reports for Inter companies / Fuel Reports / Banks AR reports/Petty Cash Trend Reports.
  • <span 72="">Review on going system process and ensure its applicability to business requirements.
  • <span 72="">Reviewing periodical physical inventory and reconciliation to ensure physical stocks match with the system stocks

<span 72="">Required skills to be successful:


  • <span 72="">Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in accountancy or finance.
  • <span 72="">Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role.
  • <span 72="">Communication skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

<span 72="">What equips you for the role:


  • <span 72="">Relevant Education: Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or finance.
  • <span 72="">2-3 years of experience working in a similar role in KSA
  • <span 72="">Proficiency in Microsoft & computer skills
  • <span 72="">Strong command of both Arabic and English languages
