Estimate the labor and material repair cost of damaged vehicles according to standard labor time required.
Coordinates with spare parts department for price and availability of parts.
Follow-up with insurance representative for repair approvals.
Able to handle damage vehicle estimation outside service center.
Follow-up and ensure preparation of documents required by insurance company.
Assists service advisor in contacting customer whose vehicle have been completed.
Answers all incoming service department calls and directs telephone calls to appropriate
parties as necessary.
Conducts marketing survey, if necessary.
Handles service inquiry to customer (by telephone).
Maintains factory’s technical information service bulletins.
Performs assignments directed by Center Service Manager or Supervisor.
Maintains a high level of grooming hygiene and uniform appearance for himself.
Reports to service manager any situation or condition that jeopardize the safety welfare or integrity of the company.
