Responsibility :
• Training end users and other personnel on how to use lab instruments and equipment, safely and effectively.
• Writing reports and documents detailing protocols, policies, standards of use, maintenance, and repairs of lab instruments, machines, and software.
• Perform calibration and PPM for all the lab instruments.
• Maintain all the daily failure records, troubleshooting logs, and service requests.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and quality standards for laboratory operations.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of lab processes and contribute to the optimization of instrument performance.
