Core, Essential Responsibilities
- Apply ISO 19650-2 workflows throughout project delivery.
- Preparation or support to prepare reports, presentations, project documentation and project management documentation including work orders, project status report, quality management plans and other financial control documents, relevant to his field of play (discipline/trade).
- Acting as the intermediary between project stakeholders so that projects remain efficient and effective.
- Working closely with BIM coordinators, BIMTEC Production team and the responsible party for producing project information models
- Ensuring that BIM execution plans are produced and maintained for each project
- Supply chain BIM assessments reviews.
- Auditing Models and flagging non-compliances
- Producing monthly commercial and planning reports for senior managers.
- Leading meetings to identify project tasks and resolve issues
- Raising the profile of BIM across project stakeholders
- Adhering to the latest industry standards.
- Endureproperprojectdocumentation and assess risk throughout the process.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functionally between internal departments and conduct project coordination meetings to evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
- Defineandmanageoverallprojectschedule;assigntasks/deadlinesto(production/project) team on daily / weekly basis and monitoring for the subordinates team.
- Manageoverallprojectcosts,endureproperproject documentation and assess / mitigate risk throughout the process.

- Lead and develop relationships with clients and potential clients, including filtering client complains and managing conflicts.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functionally between internal departments and conduct project coordination in collaboration with Commercial Department in order to evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
- Sponsor and disseminate an R&D and innovation culture across the department, defining a climate for overall.
- Identify and establish new opportunities for BIM/Projects execution, in alignment with Line Managers and following company’s strategy.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
Mandatory: Bachelor's in Engineering or other related field; Project Management Certificate
Recommended: MSc
Experience:
15+ Years with 5 Years as a BIM Manager
Training:
MS Office Suite, MS Project, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks, Autodesk Civil 3D
