BIM MANAGER

We are seeking a skilled BIM Manager with a strong background in infrastructure projects to lead and enhance our Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes. The ideal candidate will oversee BIM implementation, manage project workflows, and ensure compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the BIM strategy for infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Develop and implement BIM standards, processes, and workflows.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate BIM into project planning and execution.
• Manage BIM models for infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, utilities, and more.
• Conduct regular model reviews and audits to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Provide training and support to team members on BIM software and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies related to BIM and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Prepare and present BIM-related reports and documentation for project stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum [8+] years of experience in BIM management, specifically in infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks).
• Strong understanding of infrastructure design and construction processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations in the infrastructure sector.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in BIM management (e.g., BIM Manager Certification, Level 2 BIM Certification).
• Knowledge of additional software tools (e.g., GIS, 3D modeling tools).
• Experience with sustainable design practices and green building standards.
