BIM Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• BIM Management: Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows in line with project requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of BIM models.
• Model Coordination: Review and coordinate 3D models to identify and resolve clashes and inconsistencies among different disciplines (e.g., architecture, structural, MEP).
• Quality Control: Perform regular checks on BIM models for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards.
• Training & Support: Provide training and support to project teams on BIM tools and software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Documentation: Create and maintain project-specific BIM documentation, including modeling guidelines, best practices, and workflow procedures.
• Project Management: Assist in planning and scheduling BIM-related activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Reporting: Generate reports and analytics from BIM models to support decision-making and project management.
