The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Bids/Proposals Manager – Water & Environment to lead strategic bidding efforts and secure major water infrastructure projects. This role involves developing high-quality proposals, managing bid processes, and strengthening client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead bid and proposal development for water sector projects, ensuring competitive and high-quality submissions
• Work with technical teams to develop winning strategies tailored to client needs
• Manage proposal timelines, stakeholder coordination, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Improve bid processes to enhance success rates
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Experience in bid/proposal management within the water infrastructure sector
• Strong understanding of client procurement processes and market trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Project management experience in delivering complex proposals
• Knowledge of international and regional water regulations and industry best practices
