Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Front Office Bellboy to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, providing information about the hotel and local area, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Job Responsibility:
- Greeting guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting guests with their luggage and escorting them to their rooms
- Providing information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handling guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Assisting with valet parking services when needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized lobby area
- Collaborating with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experience
Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Physical fitness to lift and carry heavy luggage
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
