Skills & Competencies:

• Verbal and written fluency in English and Arabic.
• Strong analytical and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working in an acute setting and managing patient flow.
• Ward-level management experience.
• Awareness of operational flow within an acute hospital.

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
• Relevant post-registration experience in a hospital setting.
• Ideally, experience in long-term care.
• Experience in multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Competency in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and risk evaluations.
• Ability to analyze and present complex information to professional colleagues.
• Experience in caseload management.
• Locally available in KSA with a transferable Iqama.
