Join our team at Four Seasons, where luxury meets warm hospitality.The Role of the BaristaAs a Barista, you will craft and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and beverages while ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests. This role is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring precision, creativity, and outstanding customer service skills. You’ll play a key part in maintaining an inviting atmosphere that reflects the Four Seasons standard of excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to the highest standards.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.Engage with customers to understand their preferences and deliver tailored experiences.Ensure consistency in product quality and presentation.Handle cash and manage inventory with accuracy.What you BringHigh school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is a plus.Familiarity with coffee brewing techniques and equipment is an advantage.Strong customer service and communication skills.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistent quality.Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.Passion for coffee and eagerness to learn and grow.Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.What We OfferAt Four Seasons, we believe our greatest asset is our people.
