Job Purpo se Develop and monitor performance to develop sales and profitability in accordance with the defined business strategy
Ensure the implementation of good practices and compliance with procedures.
Functional Accountabilities
Provide periodical technical training as well as continuous coaching and extend support to associates in the stores Act as a first point of contact for fresh department to bridge the gap between operations, commercial and supply chain Support in product innovation (including conversions, new recipes, and creating new products) Perform periodical store visits to ensure compliance Monitor the store’s performance for Fresh Department including sales, margin, waste and provide solutions to improve performance Responsible for new implementations that come from the Operations Center of Excellence Provide weekly insights to commercial and Operations Center of Excellence on competitors’ activities Act as a subject matter expert for new item listing in term of quality
Skills
Education High School and above
Experience, Skills & Competencies
7 years of technical experience in relative fresh food section
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Application
Good Communication and interpersonal skills
Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Arabic)
Ability to take and lead initiatives
