Analyzing HubSpot data to measure campaign performance and
improve marketing strategies.
Creating and managing workflows, email campaigns, and lead
nurturing processes within HubSpot.
Cross-functional collaboration: Working closely with the
content, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective
marketing campaigns.
Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing
strategies with business objectives and sales targets.

You have experience managing a growth marketing
experimentation program. You programmatically ship experiments & measure
results before scaling. You always have a handful of experiments running, with
more in the backlog.
You’ve run growth marketing or been a member of a small
growth marketing team at a B2B startup in the past. We need someone that has an
idea of what growth marketing is. But hey, if you don’t have experience, and
can think of a way to convince us that you are the right person, there’s a
chance.
Requirements
Proven experience in exhibit marketing or B2B marketing is
strongly preferred.
3–5 years of experience managing B2B activities across
marketing channels.
Proficiency with Hubspot and familiarity with CRM
integrations.
Data-driven: Proficient with analytics tools (e.g., Google
Analytics, Powe-Bi) for KPI tracking. Experienced in testing and optimization
(A/B, multivariate testing).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a
talent for crafting engaging marketing messages.
Growth Marketing: Creative problem solver with expertise in
scaling and optimizing growth efforts.
Extensive experience in HubSpot administration, including
CMS website development and lead management.
