The Creative B2B Solutions team is an In-house service squad committed to fostering robust collaboration with key stakeholders across EFG, including Sales, Brand Partnership Management, Game Partnership, Marketing, and Leadership teams. Our mission is to adeptly distill consumer and business insights into compelling and coherent sales materials, ensuring a unified and persuasive representation of our brands and value proposition.
Led by go-getters, trendsetters, and storytellers the team will be primarily responsible for ensuring the sales and brand partnership management team has the ability to confidently convey our ability to be the trusted source that can bring their brands to life in the gaming community in an authentic and relevant way – across EFG’s master brand platforms and channels.
As a Creative Concept Lead, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our internal creative capabilities and positioning our business for success. This role is ideal for a strategic, concept-driven creative looking to step up into a leadership position, driving the development of high-impact B2B narratives, presentations, and creative strategies. You will report to the Senior Creative Director and will have some team management
Working closely with sales and publishing teams, you will craft compelling storytelling frameworks, experiential concepts, and strategic messaging that enhance our business offerings. You will take ownership of creative direction and execution, ensuring that our internal creative function continues to evolve as a powerful force within the company.
