Reports to the OIC, Graphics Section.
Performs such
functions as media center support, including visual aids presentation and video
and audio production.
Inspects and
uses broadcast materials and equipment. Determines equipment/ materials
requirements and submits orders as directed.
Develops scripts
in support of audio and video training programs as directed.
Assists in coordinating
with all Media Center personal and staff functions concerned the control and
use of Media Center services.
Performs
operator maintenance and any other duties as required by the RSAF.
Plans and
develops OJT in accordance with RSAF directives.

Knowledge
of film production equipment operation, presentation and camera techniques,
editing, script composition, and public speaking principles is mandatory.
Knowledge in audio and video editing computer hardware and software operation
is required.Additional knowledge in
special effects and video mixing is highly desired.A Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications or
a related Radio and Television field is a must.Should have the knowledge necessary to instruct Production Training
Courses.
