Job Summary

Responsible for reporting, analysis trade spending including reconciliation of budget and driving initiatives for trade Marketing performance in Oils Fats.




Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Lead Brand and SKU Profitability Analysis for the Business
  2. Consolidate brand profitability and performance world-wide
  3. Responsible for reporting annual margin expansion target
  4. Responsible for reporting the customer-wise brand performance and profitability
  5. Track promotion ROI performance
  6. Monthly COGS & Freight tracking by Market.
  7. Monthly Trade financials GC, NSR & TMI planning by market and total BU by channel by customer.
  8. Monthly Trade financials GC closing by market & total BU by channel by customer.
  9. YTD Trade financials tracking vs. Target (GC, NSR, TMI, etc.)
  10. System PTT communication & tracking with S&D.
  11. Responsible for Budget reconciliation
  12. TMI Tracking vs. plan by market by brand.
  13. YTD Brand GC tracking vs. AOP & Plan if changed.
  14. Communicate the Trade financial plan with BU Finance, CEO, GM, etc. to maintain a single point of contact/reference & ways of working for Trade financials across all markets.
  15. Reconciliation of customer claims and comparing it vs provisional budget

Work experience requirement

6+ years of related experience including specific trade marketing experience within the FMCG industry




Qualification

• Bachelor’s in Marketing
• MBA or Post-Graduate Diploma in Management with specialization in Marketing from a reputed university is preferred
