Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated graduate to join our Independence Function team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in compliance, risk, and ethics. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the EY MENA Independence Function, ensuring compliance with auditor independence rules, including EY Global and local country policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Support EY teams by demonstrating knowledge in auditor independence rules and EY policies. Guide teams through client acceptance and periodic independence procedures. Participate in the development and delivery of independence training. Build relationships with EY team members. Engage in independence monitoring programs and process improvement initiatives. Promote commitment to ethics, audit quality, risk management, and independence within the firm. Participate in additional risk management and independence projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Compliance, Risk, Accounting, Business, or equivalent. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism. No prior technical knowledge is required, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
