Ferring+You
Responsible for a complex and dynamic population within the GCC region. Managing all relevant HR Processes for target group, playing a key role in liaising with key stakeholders in advocating best HR practices and delivering our people strategy in an engaging and sustained manner.
Your day at Ferring
Lead Recruitment of Employees and management in supported function in line with Ferring global TA.
Support the business in driving organization effectiveness and productivity through organization design and capabilities needed for the future, providing HR advisories and driving the change mindset in the leadership team and organization.
Lead/support the local implementation of operational and strategic HR tools.
Contribute to global HR projects and cooperate with members of the international HR community.
Consult managers and employees of the supported function in all HR matters.
Support the leadership of GCC cluster in driving employee engagement strategy/plan.
Handle international assignments inbound and outbound.
Make compensation proposal for employees in accordance with local C&B and in line with existing local and global guidelines.
Deliver professional support of regular processes in function, such as merit increase, bonus, personnel planning, performance review, Talent Review etc.
Ensure competent administration and documentation of all HR processes.
Implement guidelines and policies in line with local and global standards.
Responsible for HR communication out of the function and into the function.

University degree is a must.
3-5 years` experience in an HR generalist role at Multinational company
Experience in multi-country setup will be an advantage.
Very good experience in local labor law in GCC countries
Knowledge of payroll processes and social security
Good change management skills
Strong business acumen
Experience in Matrix reporting and multiple stakeholders management.
Strong analytical, conceptual and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication (verbal/written) and presentation skills in English and Arabic
Good relationship building and management.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Experience using Workday software is preferable.
