This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to position Qiddiya City’s retail portfolio as a premier retail destination. Key responsibilities include shaping the portfolio retail brand strategy, creating impactful content marketing and leasing collateral, managing public relations and media communications, and delivering global multi-channel campaigns. The role also oversees the execution of digital platforms and campaigns, coordinates trade shows and events, and fosters meaningful stakeholder relationships to align interests and support commercial objectives.


1. Marketing Strategy: actively contribute to the development of the annual retail marketing strategy and plan aligned to whole-of-life marketing objectives and annual retail development program priorities.


2. Brand: develop Qiddiya City’s retail brand strategy, defining its vision, purpose and market positioning. Create a retail portfolio style guide aligned with Qiddiya’s brand identity and messaging to maintain communication consistency across the portfolio. Plan and execute a global multi-channel B2B campaign to drive awareness, engage target audiences, and support Qiddiya City’s retail commercial objectives.


3. Content Marketing: responsible for creating and distributing relevant and consistent content to attract and engage the target audience and driving profitable customer actions. This includes managing and applying the Qiddiya brand to portfolio level branded material, ensuring brand guidelines are applied consistently across all communications.


4. PR & Communications: support the development and manage the execution of a public relations and media communications plan to maximize Qiddiya City’s retail asset class exposure with the target audience. Manage the execution of retail media partnerships to maximize coverage.


5. Leasing Collateral: develop content including digital & printed presentations, brochures and associated content (visuals/CGIs, lifestyle imagery, films, messaging and narrative) to correctly position and promote the retail product offerings in the market. Prepare bespoke presentations to support leasing in engaging retail brands at portfolio level.


6. Digital: support the delivery of shared digital platforms and manage associated retail content aligned with optimizing the B2B and B2C retail customer journey. Responsible for briefing and managing of portfolio level digital campaigns to deliver on objectives.


7. Trade Shows & Events: responsible for the development and execution of portfolio level trade shows and events to drive brand outcomes.


8. Stakeholder Engagement and Management: identify key stakeholders, analyze their needs and implement strategies to manage relationships with emphasis on building meaningful, collaborative relationships to foster their participation and align interests.


9. Team Management: build and lead a team of high performing marketers to achieve collective goals while fostering


collaboration, productivity and professional development.
