This is an opportunity to work on a large new build airport, that will set a global benchmark for aviation experience and aims to attract 120 million passengers by 2030 in Saudi Arabia.

You’ll be responsible for:
Supporting the bidding process, ensuring OD methodology is embedded into bid and mobilisation plans.
Creating and preparing pre-mobilisation and mobilisation plans for the projects/programmes as required, in advance of contract award.
Proactively building relationships with project/programme senior leadership teams, to understand their challenges and concerns related to organisational effectiveness and/or team collaboration, working with them to guide and steer the agenda.
Identifying and measuring team performance maturity/organisational effectiveness maturity, sharing progress and concerns with the project leadership, creates action plans to maintain and increase maturity/effectiveness/collaborative behaviour, provides expert discipline advice and counsel.
Building the capability of leaders and their teams through coaching, facilitation and/or targeted organisational effectiveness improvement solutions.
Managing and driving the programme of work, with external providers, to ensure targeted interventions with maximum impact.
Working with leads and the internal communication resource for the project/programme (where they are in place) to ensure OD work aligns with project policies and is consistent with and embedded through communications.
Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
You’ll need to have:
Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
Experience in doing presentations and adept in facilitating in a coaching style.
Familiarity and experience using P3M3 - the portfolio, programme, and project management maturity model.
