Assistant Store Manager- Back of the House (Food Industry)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth workflow and high levels of customer service.
• Supervise and train staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper stock levels to meet customer demand.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, striving to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Contribute to strategic planning, business development, and marketing initiatives to drive sales and profitability.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to achieve store targets and goals.
